Key Responsibilities- Achieve revenue targets by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals for the territory.- Interact with doctors to generate prescriptions and increase brand visibility within the region.- Develop and manage new and existing collection centers and other infrastructure.- Standardize the franchisee model, including infra layout, branding, marketing, and launch strategies.- Provide support to existing branches through marketing initiatives and brand-building activities.- Engage franchisee partners and ensure they are target oriented.- Keep abreast of market intelligence and suggest service improvements to superiors.- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the territory.Requirements:Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 years experience in Diagnostic/Pharma/wellness sales.Must have a two-wheeler, good communication and selling skills, and sound market knowledge.
