Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:- Identify and engage potential customers, including microsurgeons, plastic surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.- Convert leads into sales through relationship-building and consultative selling.2. Market Expansion:- Drive awareness and adoption of Shira s microsurgery instruments in hospitals and surgical centers.- Support the development and execution of sales strategies for the Indian market.- Gather field insights and provide feedback to refine sales approaches and product development.3. Customer Engagement & Support:- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams.- Address customer inquiries, provide technical information, and ensure post-sales satisfaction.- Assist in product trials, evaluations, and early-stage clinical adoption.4. Startup Culture & Growth Mindset:- Adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic environment of an early-stage startup.- Take initiative, work independently, and contribute creative ideas to drive sales growth.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
