Role Overview
As a Business Development Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential business leads in the US market and supporting our internal operations to nurture these prospects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales operations, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential business leads within target industries across the US market
Assist in developing and maintaining our lead database with accurate and up-to-date information
Support outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Help prepare sales presentations and proposal documents
Assist with internal operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize our business development process
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong interest in business development, sales, or recruitment industry
Excellent research skills and attention to detail
Proficient with CRM systems(preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available to start immediately and commit to a 3-month internship
Compensation Structure

Success fees for leads that convert to clients
