Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Conversion: Engage with leads generated through various marketing campaigns via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person (if applicable).- Counseling: Understand the educational background, career goals, and learning needs of prospective students to recommend suitable UG/PG programs.- Sales Closure: Follow up consistently, handle objections, and drive student enrollment targets.- CRM Management: Update and maintain records of leads, prospects, and sales activity using CRM tools.- Market Outreach: Identify new avenues for lead generation, such as educational fairs, webinars, partnerships with coaching centers, etc.- Feedback & Reporting: Provide feedback to marketing and product teams about student needs, objections, and market trends.- Collaboration: Coordinate with academic, operations, and student support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Key Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).- 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, or business development (preferably in the ed-tech or higher education sector).- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work with targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.- Passion for education and career counseling.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of online degree programs and trends in digital education.- Multilingual abilities (Hindi, English, or regional languages).- Experience in telesales or inside sales for high-value services/products.Benefits:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.- Work with a passionate team in a growing industry.
