Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Staff Supervision:
1. Overseeing the work of salon staff, including hairstylists, aestheticians, and support personnel, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
B. Client Management:
1. Managing client appointments and ensuring exceptional customer service
2. Resolving any client concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
C. Operational Oversight:
1. Managing day-to-day salon operations, including opening and closing procedures
2. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for products and supplies
D. Team Collaboration:
1. Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
2. Conducting regular team meetings to discuss goals, and updates, and address any challenges
E. Quality Control:
1. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality salon services and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon
