General Manager HR - Thane

Job Description
  • Lead the HR department and manage all core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and policy development.
  • Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the hospital s mission, values, and goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure optimal staffing, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, accreditation standards, and healthcare HR best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, HR information systems (HRIS), and personnel records.
  • Drive leadership development, training programs, and continuous learning culture across all levels.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and workplace practices
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital 's goals, mission, and patient care standards.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, attendance, leave, medical insurance, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance.
