Are you a rockstar real estate sales pro with a knack for closing premium residential deals?

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling residential and/or commercial properties, developing strong client relationships, and guiding buyers through every stage of the real estate process. This includes lead generation, site visits, property presentations, price negotiations, and closing transactions. The Sales Representative should possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a good understanding of the real estate market, legal processes, and industry trends. The role demands high levels of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new clients through cold calling, digital campaigns, property portals, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from leads generated through marketing campaigns or property platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential buyers, investors, and channel partners.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to schedule site visits and drive interest in available inventory.

2. Property Presentation and Site Visits:

  • Schedule and conduct property showings and site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Present features, amenities, pricing, location advantages, and investment benefits of the properties.
  • Customize presentations based on the client s preferences, budget, and goals (investment or residential).
  • Highlight unique selling points and provide accurate and updated information about the project, developer, RERA status, and availability.

3. Sales Closure and Negotiation:

  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and other conditions with clients while ensuring alignment with company pricing policies.
  • Assist clients in finalizing booking forms, documentation, and payment schedules.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sales processing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

4. Relationship Management and Customer Service:

  • Build long-term relationships with customers by offering end-to-end service support before, during, and after the sale.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for clients, providing updates on construction status, possession timelines, or documentation processes.
  • Handle client concerns or issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Encourage client referrals and repeat business through professional service and trust-building.

5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, local developments, pricing benchmarks, and competitive offerings.
  • Monitor activities of competing projects in the same segment or micro-market.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, price sensitivity, and marketing effectiveness.
