Job Title: Assistant Manager Executive Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth by managing sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Identify and target new clients and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Manage existing customer accounts, ensure client retention, and foster long-term relationships.
Support senior sales managers in negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization.
Prepare sales presentations, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to improve client experience.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
Ensure timely collections and support credit control processes.
Maintain CRM data and sales documentation accurately and timely.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
