Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Executive Placement to support and enhance the employability of candidates by developing strategic employer relationships, coordinating placement activities, and tracking career outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
# Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, corporates, and industry partners to generate placement opportunities.
#Coordinate and manage campus recruitment drives, internships, and placement-related events.
# Prepare and present placement reports, statistics, and dashboards to management and stakeholders.
# Organize employability training sessions such as resume writing, interview skills, and mock interviews.
# Liaise with academic departments and faculty to align student readiness with industry requirements.
# Maintain a comprehensive database of students, alumni, and employer contacts.
# Track placement metrics such as offer acceptance, salary packages, and industry-wise trends.
# Handle pre-placement talks, scheduling, student mobilization, and feedback collection.
# Ensure compliance with placement policies and procedures.
# Assist in the development of strategic partnerships with key industry players.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
1 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or HR.
