About the job:As a Publisher Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with clients, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and helping in scaling up their revenue from programmatic advertising.Key Responsibilities :- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as their primary point of contact- Strategic Account Management: Create and implement tailored account plans to drive growth and retention for assigned clients.- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing client engagements with our full range of offerings.- Problem Solving: Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction- Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.), and senior management- Product & Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring solutions align with evolving client needsMinimum Qualifications :- Master s degree in Management or a related field from Tier 1 institutes (or equivalent work experience)Preferred Qualifications :- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and analysis- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving growth (ref:updazz.com)
