#Matiyas is #hiring a dynamic #Business Development Executive and Managers to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and driving sales growth through effective communication, product demonstrations, and pre-sales support. You will work closely with our sales team and technical staff to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients ' needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Prospect, develop, and qualify new leads and opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients
Collaborate with our technical staff to deliver pre-sales support and solutions to clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Prepare and submit proposals and contracts to potential clients
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with products and services
Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-7 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in the software industry
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
