Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to drive our growth and expand our clientele. You will be at the forefront of the company, dedicated to developing and implementing effective sales strategies.Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify potential projects, analyze market trends, and find quality leads on various online platforms like Upwork- Client Outreach & Engagement - Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce company services.- Proposal & Bidding Strategy - Develop effective bidding strategies, craft compelling proposals, and follow up to improve conversion rates.- Sales & Relationship Management - Understand client needs, negotiate project scope and budgets, and build long-term relationships.- Data Mining & CRM Management - Maintain an updated CRM with lead details, track sales activities, and refine bidding strategies.- Project & Payment Management - Handle client queries, manage contracts, ensure milestone-based payments, and resolve disputes.- Reporting & Market Insights - analyze performance data, share sales updates, and stay updated on industry trends.Required Skills:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, with a proven track record in client acquisition, lead generation, and market research.- Analytical mindset to evaluate business strengths and weaknesses.- Solution-oriented, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.- Commitment to growth, learning, and taking on challenges.- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company information.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
