Led by a team of 7 Managing Partners with over 100 years of cumulative experience, including extensive experience in big 4 consulting companies and serving every major industry. Cretum Advisory strives to provide the best quality of services and has an international presence.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with startups and business houses to sell Cretum offerings.- Cultivate new leads and identify business opportunities within the market.- Facilitate and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with companies to discuss Cretum indirect and direct tax services.- Present and demonstrate the value of Cretum offerings tailored to client needs.- Foster ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous engagement.- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and support.- Develop tailored strategies to engage prospects and close business deals.- Negotiate contracts and terms to finalize agreements and secure new business.- Attend various CFO and startup events to network and generate business opportunities.- Stay updated with market trends and industry events to enhance the company s presence.- Build connections with venture capitalists and private equity firms to explore opportunities for supporting their portfolio companies with Cretum tax offerings.Pre-requisites:- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or related fields, with a proven track record of acquiring clients.- Previous experience in selling financial, tax, or consulting services is a plus.- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close business deals.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proficiency in English with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.How to Apply:Please send your resume to the subject line Business Development Manager - Market Growth - Gurugram .
