Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Management - Manage inbound leads from digital platforms, aggregators, and referral networks.
-Actively build and nurture a strong broker/realtor network. Maintain accurate records in CRM and research target client profiles aligned with our brand positioning.- Client Engagement & Conversion - Engage with potential clients through structured calls and meetings to understand their needs, qualify leads, and deliver tailored solutions. Navigate objections tactfully and close high-value deals with a consultative approach.
-Experience-Driven Site Visits - Conduct curated walkthroughs of our spaces, ensuring each visit is professional, brand-aligned, and focused on delivering a memorable experience-not just a transaction.
-Sales Proposals & Closures - Draft personalized proposals and commercial offers. Negotiate contract terms, coordinate agreement finalization, and oversee documentation including KYC and payment milestones.
-Market Intelligence & Reporting - Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market movements in the premium real estate and coworking segments.
-Share structured reports and insights that help inform internal strategy and continuous improvement.What We re Looking For - Experience: - 3-6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in coworking, real estate, or high-value B2B services. Candidates with exposure to luxury brands or commercial leasing will be preferred.
-Client-Centric Mindset: - Ability to build trust with clients who expect more than just functionality-they expect a space that reflects their success.- Ownership & Accountability: - We value individuals who treat this role as their own-those who take initiative, think creatively, and are driven to achieve results without constant supervision.- Communication Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present confidently and adapt messaging to premium clientele.- Tech Fluency: - Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms to manage leads and maintain pipeline visibility.
