Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Event Operations/Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in the exciting events industry. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and be passionate about contributing to the success of our diverse portfolio of events.

Key Responsibilities:&

Event Support: Assist in various aspects of event planning and execution, including logistical coordination, vendor management, and on-site support for B2B conferences, B2C exhibitions, and training programs.&

Client Communication: Support in communicating with clients, attendees, and partners to ensure smooth event flow and satisfaction.&

Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and opportunities for new events.&

Sales/Business Development Support: Assist the sales team in identifying potential delegates, sponsors, or exhibitors for various events, and support outreach efforts.&

Database Management: Maintain and update client and prospect databases accurately.&

Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.&

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to achieve event objectives.

Qualifications:&

Graduate in any discipline.&

Fresher to 1 year of relevant work experience.

Skills & Attributes:&

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.&

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.&

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.&

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.&

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).&

A keen interest in the events industry.

Salary: Up to 20,000 per month&
