Postion Title: Assistant Manager Business DevelopmentExp:1-3 yrNotice period:45-30DaysLocation :Mumbai (Andheri)Skills set:cold calling, lead generation, Scheduling 20-25 meetings per montH, Sales, Inside sales, Coddinte with c level (Hr Head , CTO)Red Flags:Stability IssueFrom IT sector, Real Estate, BPO Industry you can look for:HR consultancy, Staffing industry, Event companies and from learning/ development.Role Responsibilities:- Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part of the defined sales and marketing plan.- Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connect within the organization.- Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm s solutions can fulfil their learning needs- Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.- Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand.- Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities and close dealsCandidate requirement:Education: MBA/PGDM Sales & Marketing.Experience 1-3 years of work experience, in B2B sale is an added advantage.Experience within MNCs dealing with high profile clients is an added advantage.- Skill set:- Conversant in dealing with senior management. Strong influencing skills.- Ability to research in-depth and tailor the pitch to the needs of customers. Working with sense of ownership with minimum supervision of the manager.- Excellent verbal and written communication. Good command on English language.- Strong presentation skills, proficient in excel. Experience in using Lead management and CRM tools. (ref:updazz.com)
