Job Responsibilities:

• Telecalling:
  • Make or receive calls to/from customers regarding various services, offers, or verifications.
  • Explain the purpose of the call clearly and answer customer queries patiently.
  • Follow a given script where needed and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Data Entry:
  • Enter customer details, call logs, or verification data into spreadsheets or company portals accurately.
  • Update records on a daily basis to ensure the database remains up to date.
• File Verification:
  • Review and verify digital documents provided by customers (e.g., ID proof, address proof, application forms).
  • Ensure all submitted data meets quality and accuracy standards.
• Customer Support (optional depending on the role):
  • Handle basic customer service inquiries related to products or services.
  • Redirect complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Reporting:
• Submit daily or weekly reports of calls made, leads generated, and work completed.
