Job Opening: Senior Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Telecaller to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally, convert leads, provide product/service information, and support customer engagement and retention. As a senior member of the telecalling team, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior telecallers, improving call quality, and contributing to team targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle pressure in a target-driven environment. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, customer-centric, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling and Lead Conversion:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using prepared scripts or personal communication styles.
  • Promote products/services, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to take desired actions (book appointments, sign up, make a purchase, etc.).
  • Convert warm and cold leads into confirmed opportunities through consistent follow-ups.

2. Inbound Call Handling:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, or processes.
  • Redirect calls to relevant departments where necessary and ensure a smooth handover.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, timely communication, and issue resolution.
  • Update customer records, feedback, and call outcomes in CRM systems accurately.

4. Team Mentoring and Leadership Support:

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior telecallers or new joiners.
  • Share best practices, call scripts, and techniques to improve conversion rates and call quality.
  • Act as a support resource for resolving escalated issues or handling difficult calls.

5. Sales Target Achievement:

  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets as set by the management.
  • Suggest improvements to scripts, lead lists, and campaign strategies to enhance performance.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign objectives and lead quality.

6. Follow-Up and Coordination:

  • Conduct follow-up calls for inquiries, missed connections, or pending decisions.
  • Schedule appointments, callbacks, or field visits for sales or support teams as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services or resolution of issues.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed call logs, lead databases, and performance records.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports on call activity, lead status, conversions, and other KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer responses, objections, and campaign effectiveness.
