Key Responsibilities :Client Management : Engage with high-value clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions.Portfolio Growth : Develop and expand the client base by identifying new business opportunities and deepening relationships with existing clients.Financial Advisory : Offer expert advice on a range of financial products, including loans, investments, and insurance.Cross-Selling : Promote additional banking products and services to existing clients to enhance their financial portfolio.Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations.Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as credit, risk, legal, and technical departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Key Requirements :Educational Background : A degree in finance, banking, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in banking and finance are often preferred.Experience : Previous experience in relationship management, portfolio management, or a similar role in the banking sector.Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a deep understanding of financial products and services.Analytical Abilities : Proficiency in analyzing market trends and client portfolios to make informed decisions.Customer-Centric Approach : A commitment to providing high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.
