This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets.Key Role and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the BFSI sector.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, mitigating potential risksEligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
