Job Title: Vice President - Corporate SalesDepartment: Sales & StrategyLocation: Hi- tech CityReports To: Managing Director / CEOExperience Required: 10 Years (Corporate Sales Leadership)Industry Preference: Sports Infra / Infrastructure / B2B ServicesPreferred Candidate: Experience with 4K products & services is a plusCompany Overview:4K Sports Infra Pvt Ltd is a premier provider of world-class sports infrastructure solutions, committed to building India s future in sports through cutting-edge products, services, and execution capabilities.Role Overview:The VP - Corporate Sales will be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth across India through effective leadership of business development, pre-sales, and invoice management teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, enterprise sales, and operations alignment.Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy :- Develop and execute the national corporate sales strategy in alignment with company goals- Identify key enterprise and institutional clients, establish engagement models, and drive conversions- Set quarterly and annual sales targets; ensure aggressive yet achievable revenue growth- Expand sales across government, corporate, educational, and real estate sectorsTeam Management- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including:Pre-sales team : Ensuring timely and accurate proposals & presentations- Business development team : Guiding strategic deal closures across B2B & B2G verticalsInvoice & collections team : Ensuring financial discipline and timely invoicingDigital Marketing Integration- Collaborate with marketing to design lead-generation campaigns using digital channels- Monitor online engagement, lead flow, and conversion performance- Recommend improvements to CRM, analytics, and sales automation toolsOperational Excellence- Streamline sales processes to improve team productivity and customer experience- Drive collaboration with project and execution teams for seamless service delivery- Represent the company in high-stakes meetings, tenders, and presentationsRequirements:- Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 10 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role- Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams across regions- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, proposals, pricing strategies, and digital sales channels- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills- Willingness to travel extensively across IndiaPreferred Experience:- Prior exposure to 4K Sports Infra products and services- Experience working with government contracts, institutional sales, and channel partnershipsWhy Join Us?- Strategic leadership position with high impact- Opportunity to build and scale a national sales footprint- Work with one of the fastest-growing names in sports infrastructure- Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with room for innovation (ref:updazz.com)
