Job Description
Telecalling job , no targets flexible timings, no work pressure, loans department. We are associated to all banks , we do secured and unsecured loans. Based on your performance salary hike in every 3 months and incentives also will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads to promote loan products.
  • Introduce the organization s loan offerings clearly and persuasively.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate loan options based on their requirements and eligibility.

2. Handling Inbound Inquiries

  • Receive and handle inbound calls from customers interested in applying for loans.
  • Provide accurate information about various loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
  • Guide customers through the initial steps of the loan application process.

3. Lead Qualification & Follow-ups

  • Identify qualified leads based on income level, credit profile, and other eligibility factors.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with interested customers to keep them engaged.
  • Update the CRM system with accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status.

4. Documentation & Application Support

  • Assist customers in collecting and submitting necessary documents such as ID proof, income proof, address proof, and bank statements.
  • Coordinate with the backend team or relationship managers to ensure smooth processing of applications.
  • Track the status of loan applications and keep customers informed about progress or additional requirements.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers by offering timely support and accurate information.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business.

6. Sales Targets & Performance

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales performance benchmarks.
  • Participate in team meetings and share feedback on market trends, customer behavior, or process improvements.
