Job Description
We have positions open for Business Development Executive @ Fedserv (A wholly owned subsidiary of Federal bank)
Qualification : Any graduate
Experience : 6 months
Must have experience in credit card sales
CTC : 3 LPA to 3.8LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and use of online platforms (LinkedIn, business directories, CRM tools).
  • Generate high-quality leads via cold calling, emails, referrals, trade shows, and digital outreach.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budgets, and decision-making capacity.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Establish contact with prospective customers and understand their business challenges and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new customers and provide consistent support during the sales process.

3. Product/Service Presentation

  • Deliver compelling product or service presentations tailored to the client 's specific needs.
  • Clearly communicate product value, pricing, competitive advantages, and ROI to clients.
  • Arrange and conduct online or in-person meetings, demos, or walkthroughs in collaboration with the technical or product team.

4. Sales Conversion and Negotiation

  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and agreements based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms of deals, including pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Close deals in a timely and profitable manner in line with business goals.

5. Reporting and CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

6. Market Intelligence and Strategy

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help refine products, marketing strategies, and service offerings.
  • Assist in defining sales strategies and marketing campaigns to target key industries or regions.

7. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, product, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategy sessions and contribute ideas for new markets, lead sources, and value propositions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions when needed.
