Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B or Corporate Sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle sectors. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and expanding the brand s presence in the B2B market.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target new B2B clients, including corporate buyers, salons, spas, retail chains, and hospitality partners.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.- Pitch products, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.- Create and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and meet revenue goals.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to promote the brand.- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, D2C, or lifestyle sectors.- Strong understanding of B2B buying behavior and account management.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
