Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Sales Associate for In Office Full Time Role @ Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Requirements: The candidate should be well planned, Organized and have Time management skills Excellent communication, Strong Negotiation and Closing skills Languages preferred : English & Hindi. Any Other Additional Language is acceptable. Ability to work effectively in a team Sales & Performance Oriented Mindset Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management skills Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Salary & Compensation: Rs.13,500 - Rs.15,000 Per Month (negotiable) 10%-40% Sales Based Incentives An Average Associate Takes Home Rs.1L Every Month In Total. Total Package After Incentives will be Rs.12L Per Year
Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
