The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the performance and productivity of our agency workforce through structured training programs. The role involves planning, executing, and evaluating training initiatives tailored to the needs of insurance sales professionals.Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for insurance agents and agency partners.- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new agents.- Identify training needs through performance analysis, field observation, and regular interaction with the agency team.- Design and deliver training sessions on products, sales techniques, compliance, and customer relationship management.- Collaborate with sales and HR teams to align training with business objectives.- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and agent performance improvements.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) - Required all semester marksheets.
