Qualification: Minimum 12th pass ( 2)

Mandatory: English
Preferred (any one): Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Tamil

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Handle and resolve complaints professionally and empathetically
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
Provide detailed product/service information
Escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary
Achieve targets for customer satisfaction, call handling time, and quality
What We re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of any one South Indian language (Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil)
Customer-centric mindset
Willingness to relocate to Indore
