Job Description
Job Purpose:To lead and drive the sales of ERP solutions in the SMB/enterprise segment, ensuring customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market development while managing stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ERP revenue targets.
-Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation, qualification, demos, proposals, to closure.
-Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable).
-Identify and pursue new market opportunities, alliances, and channel partners.
-Manage key customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
-Oversee P&L for the ERP sales vertical - ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
-Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies aligned with business goals.
-Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams for solution positioning.
-Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and dashboards.
-Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of ERP solutions (preferably cloud/SaaS-based).- Proven track record in B2B software/ERP sales (SMB/enterprise segments).- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Experience in managing large deals and complex sales cycles.- P&L management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.- Ability to drive market development initiatives in new geographies.Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering (MBA preferred).- 7-12 years of experience in ERP/software sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.- Exposure to domestic and/or international ERP markets (preferred: GCC, Asia, EMEA).
