Customer Support Role (1-3 Yrs) Noida (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our International BPO team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls or emails/chats for clients based in the US, UK, or other international regions, providing excellent service and support.Key Responsibilities:- Handle international customer queries via calls, emails, or chats professionally.- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.- Maintain data integrity and document customer interactions in the system.- Meet performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.- Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines.- Work in night shifts/rotational shifts as per process requirements.Required Skills:- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends if required.Preferred Qualifications:- Any Graduate.- Prior experience in international voice/non-voice process is an added advantage.- Familiarity with different accents (American, British, etc.) is a plus.Benefits:Attractive salary with performance-based incentives.Health insurance and other benefits.Growth opportunities within the organization.Exposure to global work culture.
