Customer Care Executive - Futures & Options Segment (3-6 Yrs) Mumbai (After-Sales/Customer Service)

We are seeking Customer Care Executive (CRE) to provide exceptional support to clients in the Futures and Options (F&O) segment.
-Handle customer inquiries related to F & O trading, account setup , and trade execution- Provide timely and accurate assistance via calls, emails and chat support- Educate clients on trading platforms, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.- Address and resolve client concerns regarding trades, transactions and account issues.- 3 to 6 experience in customer support, preferably in F and O trading or financial market- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office SuiteIf interested please share your updated CV asap with current CTC , expected CTC and notice period.
