Profile: - We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Service Executive to join the team at IndustrialVisits.in, India s leading platform in education tourism.- Since 2011, IndustrialVisits.in has been bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry exposure through curated experiential learning programs.- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, with experience in managing B2B client relationships or service roles in tourism or software sales.Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service roles- Preferred industry experience: Tourism or B2B domains - Graduate in any discipline (bachelor s degree in business, hospitality, or related field is preferred)- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client expectations- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentRoles & Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery- Provide information regarding products, services, bookings, or support processes- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and expectations are met- Analyze recurring service issues and escalate to relevant departments when needed- Contribute to the development of customer support processes and best practices (ref:updazz.com)
