Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a Key account manager to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who s able to earn our clients trust.Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and standard operating procedures.-Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key e-commerce partners (myntra)-Acting as the primary point of contact for all communication with assigned accounts.
-Fostering open communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.Sales & Business Development:- Developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) with key accounts.
-Analyzing sales performance data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
-Monitoring competitor activities, including pricing and marketing strategies, within the e-commerce landscape.- Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction. -Analyzing sales reports and making recommendations for improvements in product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies. Requirements:- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.[Bachelor s Degree mandatory.]MBA freshers are eligible.Key Skills:- Accounts- Empathy and patience- Team collaboration- Technical proficiency (basic computer skills)Benefits:- Competitive salary- Incentives - Health insurance- Career growth opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
