Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Remote Sales and Outreach Associate . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This position plays a critical role in the growth of our business, as it directly contributes to our revenue and market presence. As a member of our remote team, you ll enjoy the flexibility of working from any location while collaborating closely with internal departments to develop and implement effective sales and outreach strategies. Your main goal will be to build meaningful relationships with prospects, educate them about our products or services, and help them solve their business challenges through our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Research and identify potential leads using various online platforms (LinkedIn, industry directories, company websites, etc.).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital messaging.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Use tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar to acquire accurate contact information.

2. Outreach and Relationship Building

• Initiate contact with potential customers via cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
• Personalize outreach based on prospect s industry, needs, and pain points.
• Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Schedule appointments and product demos with Sales Executives or Account Managers.

3. Sales Support and Conversion

• Communicate the value propositions of our offerings effectively to different buyer personas.
• Assist in creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide insights from customer interactions to help refine sales strategies.

4. CRM and Reporting

• Accurately record all prospect interactions and lead activity in the CRM.
• Track and report weekly and monthly progress to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain a high level of data integrity in the CRM by regularly updating lead information.
• Analyze performance data to improve personal sales effectiveness.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with current campaigns.
• Work with product and customer success teams to stay informed on new features, services, and client feedback.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales outreach processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and sales metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting outreach through calls, emails, and social media.
