The FSM acts as the first line of management, directly influencing sales execution, team performance, customer engagement, and market development. Roles and Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.-Monitor daily activities and performance of the team.
-Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of pending orders or returns.-Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and finance to ensure operational smoothness.
-Maintain records of sales data, activity reports, and performance metrics.- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.- Provide insights on customer trends, competitor activity, and market potential.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
-Required all semester marksheets. -Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person) - Preferred local candidate.
