The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity markets and financial products, with proven experience in client servicing, relationship management, and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.- Understand client requirements, risk appetite, and provide appropriate investment solutions.- Drive business growth by cross-selling equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment products.- Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding queries, transactions, and service-related issues.- Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations in all dealings.- Meet assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the broking/financial services industry.- In-depth knowledge of stock markets, equity & derivative products, and trading platforms.- NISM certifications (Series VII & VIII) are mandatory.
