Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Planning:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, including identifying potential clients and understanding their needs. Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Identify and qualify potential clients, conduct market research, and generate leads through various channels. Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:Present courier service offerings to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Sales Reporting & Analysis:- Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management. Documentation & Administration:- Process sales orders, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery of packages. Customer Service:Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. Understanding the Courier Service:- Familiarize yourself with the different types of courier services offered (e.g., international, domestic, express) and their associated pricing and delivery times. Market Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations related to courier services. Skills and Qualifications:- Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
-Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing.
-Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
-Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
-Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales and customer service.
-Knowledge of the Logistics Industry: Understanding of courier services, shipping processes, and related regulations.
-Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
