Job Description
We 're currently looking to hire Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should be proactive, target-driven, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Generate leads through outreach efforts Close deals with new clients Report on sales performance regularly Meet revenue targets consistently Develop business strategies Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Research and identify potential clients through various channels including online platforms, social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
    • Develop strategies to approach prospects effectively and convert them into active clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Initiate and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
    • Understand client needs, provide product/service demonstrations, and tailor proposals accordingly.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  3. Sales & Revenue Generation:
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and agreements in a professional manner.
    • Negotiate contract terms and close deals in alignment with company goals and pricing structures.
  4. Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze customer data and market feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and brand strategies.
  5. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, interactions, and deals using CRM software.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
    • Provide actionable insights based on sales data and market analysis.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and after-sales support.
    • Provide client feedback to internal teams to contribute to service improvement and innovation.
    • Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute to the development of the overall business development strategy.
  7. Events and Networking:
    • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, industry events, and business networking sessions.
    • Build relationships with industry peers, influencers, and potential partners.
