Required Receptionist - Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and energetic female/male receptionist with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization and should create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff. This position requires strong communication abilities, computer knowledge, professionalism, and a willingness to assist with routine operations and staff support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times
• Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as required
• Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company s services
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars when necessary
• Coordinate with different departments to assist staff with administrative or operational issues
• Handle basic clerical tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, filing, scanning, and document preparation
• Monitor reception-related inventory and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
• Handle minor issues or escalate problems to the concerned department appropriately
• Maintain confidentiality and display discretion when handling sensitive information
• Contribute to a positive working environment by being cooperative, well-mannered, and proactive

• Appearance & Personality: Presentable, well-groomed, energetic, with a pleasant and professional demeanor
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
• Soft Skills: Polite, patient, empathetic, calm under pressure, and confident in dealing with various types of people
• Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email handling, basic data entry, and internet browsing
• Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities at the front desk while supporting backend operations
• Problem-Solving: Able to assist other staff with routine issues and offer support when required
• Behavior: Well-behaved, respectful, disciplined, and cooperative with clients and colleagues alike
• Punctuality: Must be reliable, regular, and punctual in attendance

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor s Degree (preferred)
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with office equipment (telephone systems, printers, scanners)
