Experienced candidates with 6 months of experience in Banking and sales, possessing good communication skills in Hindi and a basic understanding of English.
WORK TIMINGS :-& Fixed Day Shift :- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM& &

Weekly Off :- Sunday fixed off& &

SALARY :- Up to 23,000 (based on experience)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-& Promote and sell banking products like Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and& CASA& accounts. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products. Maintain a positive relationship with customers. Meet daily/weekly

Sales & Communication Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (regional language skills are a plus).
• Confident speaker with active listening and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.

Presentation & Negotiation :

• Strong presentation skills to explain features and benefits clearly.
• Capability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes.

Time Management & Discipline :

• Organized and punctual, with the ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Comfortable managing multiple prospects and sales stages simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency :

• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, emails, and mobile apps.
• Familiarity with online research, social media, and digital marketing (basic level).
