Job Description
Job Title: Business Development ManagerCompany: Merloam EstateLocation: Valasaravakkam, ChennaiSalary Range: 60,000 - 90,000 per month (based on experience)Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Merloam Estate, a premium real estate project in Valasaravakkam. The role involves driving sales, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to promote our residential/commercial properties.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Generation:- Identify and approach potential buyers/investors for Merloam Estate properties.- Convert leads into sales through effective negotiation and follow-ups.- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase project features.Marketing Strategies:- Assist in designing and executing digital/offline marketing campaigns (social media, ads, events, etc.).- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.Market Research:- Analyze competitor projects and market trends in Valasaravakkam/Chennai.- Provide feedback to the management for strategy improvements.Documentation & Coordination:- Handle sales agreements, payments, and coordination with legal/finance teams.Requirements:- fresher to experience in real estate sales/marketing (preferred).- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.- Knowledge of Valasaravakkam/Chennai real estate market.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing.- Willingness to travel for client meetings.Salary & Benefits:- Competitive salary (- 60K- 90K) performance-based incentives.
