- Candidates should have experience in tele calling sales and should will to work hard and generate new leads by tele calling in car loans department.
-Should communicate properly with client and should have a loud sound to be audible to client.
-Should have to capability to generate leads, collect documents and close the leads by disbursement of loan.
-Should also be clam while taking to clients.
-Should have a commendable attitude with good communication skills.
-Should be punctual and willing to work for a long term.
-Atleast should be able to make 400 to 500 calls daily.
