Job Role & Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.- Understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions (insurance, financial services, etc.).- Actively acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.- Maintain proper documentation and compliance for all customer interactions.- Coordinate with backend teams to ensure timely policy issuance or account activation.- Provide regular updates and reports to sales leaders on performance metrics.
