Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling IT products and services , including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT support services. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills , with a proven track record in IT sales or technology solution sales .

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals .
  • Promote and sell the company s IT products, software solutions, and services .
  • Conduct client presentations, product demos, and technical consultations .
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth .
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions .
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.

3. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups .
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Assist clients with proposal documentation, agreements, and contracts .

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Keep updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products .
  • Provide feedback to the team and management regarding market demands and opportunities .
  • Identify new market segments and recommend strategies for business expansion .

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of IT products, software solutions, cloud services, and IT infrastructure .
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools .
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and client requirements .

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities .
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Adaptable to changing client requirements and market dynamics .
