As our SDR, you ll be on the frontlines of our growth - identifying opportunities, starting conversations, and setting the stage for big wins.What You ll Do:- Prospecting & Lead Generation- Research and identify target companies in North America , focusing on eCommerce brands that can benefit from Retainful.- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.- Use email, calls, LinkedIn, and social channels to spark interest and book meetings.- Outbound Hustle- Drive high-volume outreach with a strategic, personalized approach.- Run targeted campaigns to engage decision-makers , from CMOs to founders.- Own the first touchpoint, delivering value from the very first interaction.Collaboration- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality opportunities.- Coordinate with marketing to align outbound messaging with campaigns.- Share market feedback to help shape sales plays and product positioning.- CRM & Process Excellence- Log every activity, update prospect data, and track progress in our CRM.- Keep your pipeline clean, accurate, and always moving forward.- Market Intelligence- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and eCommerce tech shifts.- Provide insights that help refine targeting and messaging.What We re Looking For:- Experience: Should have done 0 to 1 with minimum 4-9 years as an SDR or BDR, preferably in SaaS targeting North America - Target: Should have achieved sales quota (booking demos) in monthly basis.
