Job Overview

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, arranging site visits, and closing deals . The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors. Candidates must have a good understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and pricing strategies to effectively communicate the value of plots and farmlands to clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Boosting Sales and Revenue
   • Actively promote and sell plots, farmlands, and properties.
   • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the organization.
   • Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, online campaigns, and telecalling.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting
   • Identify potential buyers through various marketing channels.
   • Follow up on inquiries and maintain a database of prospective clients.
   • Engage with walk-in customers and convert them into buyers.
3. Client Relationship Management
   • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
   • Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
   • Provide guidance on property selection and investment options.
4. Arranging and Conducting Site Visits
   • Schedule and organize site visits with potential buyers.
   • Provide property walkthroughs, highlighting key features and benefits.
   • Explain legal documents, property details, and pricing structures.
5. Negotiation and Closing Sales
   • Handle price negotiations and payment discussions effectively.
   • Prepare and present property proposals to clients.
   • Finalize deals and coordinate with management for documentation and registration.
6. Marketing and Promotions

7. Team Coordination and Reporting
