Job description:We are looking for an experienced bid manager with extensive experience in winning quality projects from Upwork. Someone with a thorough understanding of web and mobile technologies, scoping of requirements, and expertise in crafting winning proposals, and hands on experience in winning contracts from Upwork projects.Job Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate projects on Upwork that fit our screening criteria- Review the requirement and place proposals- Respond to messages received on placed proposals and take discovery calls- Collaborate with the technical and delivery team for the next round of discussion if required- Build a strong pipeline and win projects, and manage the CRMDesired Candidate Profile:- 3-6 years of experience as a business analyst or in a sales role as a bid manager- Proven experience and track record of winning quality, high-ticket projects from Upwork- Excellent English communication and writing skills- Experienced in preparing detailed proposal documents and SoW- Must be comfortable working in the night shiftFor BID manager:- Exclusive experience in Upwork bidding is mandatory, with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience on the platform.- Willingness to work night shifts (shift timing: 9 PM to 6 AM) is required.
