Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead the creation of compelling RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, translating client needs into comprehensive documents that showcase Techolution s innovative solutions - Collaborate closely with pre-sales teams to develop tailored project demos that highlight our cutting-edge technologies and methodologies- Craft persuasive product strategy presentations, aligning our offerings with client objectives and market trends- Engage in proactive stakeholder management, building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure proposal success- Develop and deliver impactful communications across various channels, effectively conveying complex technical concepts to both B2C and B2B audiences- Assist in client management activities, supporting the team in nurturing relationships and identifying new business opportunitiesTop Non-Negotiable Skills- RFP, RFQ, and RFI expertise: Proficiency in creating and responding to these crucial business documents, demonstrating an understanding of their strategic importance in the sales process- Client management and pre-sales acumen: Ability to build and maintain client relationships, understand their needs, and effectively communicate Techolution s value proposition- Project demo skills: Capacity to create and deliver engaging demonstrations that showcase our solutions capabilities and benefits- Product strategy understanding: Knowledge of how to align our offerings with market demands and client requirements- Stakeholder management: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders- Communication prowess: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for both B2C and B2B contexts - Ownership mentality: Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, driving them to successful completion- Seeker mindset: Demonstrates curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and improvement- Passion for work: Shows genuine enthusiasm for the role and the company s mission - Ambitious attitude: Sets high personal and professional goals, constantly striving for excellence - Strong work ethic: Demonstrates dedication, reliability, and a commitment to producing high-quality work- Comprehension skills: Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and translate them into actionable insightsNegotiable Skills :- Client handling and proposal drafting: Experience in managing client relationships and creating compelling business proposals, though we re open to candidates who show potential in these areas- Budget management: Familiarity with financial aspects of projects and proposals is beneficial, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates- Resource allocation expertise: Understanding of how to effectively distribute resources across projects is valuable, but can be developed on the jo (ref:updazz.com)
