Senior Sales Manager - Solar EPC We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EPC solar project space. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, and closing large-scale solar EPC deals across the commercial and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed EPC project sales targets
• Identify, engage, and acquire new commercial and industrial clients
• Lead the end-to-end sales process from client pitching and proposal development to negotiations and deal closures
• Foster strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and sales excellence

Requirements:

• 5 7 years of overall sales experience, with at least 3 years in solar EPC sales
• Proven success in closing large-scale EPC solar projects, with a strong industry network
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of solar EPC markets, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and business development
