-Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, generating leads, and ensuring the successful onboarding of franchisees.
-The ideal candidate is a motivated, client-focused individual with a strong passion for business development and brand expansion.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential franchisees, presenting the company s franchise model and - business opportunities.- Conduct market research to identify new territories and expansion prospects.- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet franchise growth targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.- Provide comprehensive details on franchise requirements, fees, and operational processes.- Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective franchisees.- Guide franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring complete understanding of the franchise system.- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless franchise setup, including operations and marketing support.- Monitor franchise sales progress and present regular reports to management.- Represent Chai Waale at franchise-related events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.Requirements:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related role.- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding franchise sales targets.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- In-depth knowledge of franchise business models and sales processes.- Ability to manage multiple prospects and close sales effectively.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for business growth.- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.Join Chai Waale and be a part of a dynamic, fast-growing brand shaping the future of the tea industry!
