-This role requires expertise in data analytics and interpretation, marketing strategy & planning, performance tracking, campaign improvement/optimization, and reporting to ensure seamless campaign implementation and measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Planning Process:- Do the data analysis and interpretation based on the client briefings, historical performance, and current campaign situations.- Set the KPIs based on the data analytics.- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience insights, and competitive positioning.Execution Process:- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.- Coordinate with creative, media, and digital teams to develop and deploy marketing assets.- Manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.Reporting & Performance Measurement:- Develop and maintain reporting decks and marketing dashboards to track campaign progress.- Measure and analyze KPIs across demand creation, lead generation, and nurturing.- Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization to enhance marketing effectiveness.- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for key stakeholders.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or analytics.- Strong understanding of marketing planning, execution, and reporting processes.
